Hi I am Nadarajan Pillai, I started my career with Taj groups of hotels after completing my BSc in catering and hotel management. I worked in a couple of other star hotels before I headed to Australia in 2003. I got the opportunity to work with many Indian restaurants and finally took the big step of starting my own Indian Restaurant-Shallots Indian Restaurant. Shallots is my dream mission as it is the result of 2 years of hard work and passion.

Cooking is very sacred to me. It gives me a lot of happiness when I present my dishes on the table. When my guests enjoy my recipes, the feeling is beyond explanation. Most of the recipes on the menu are an outcome of my creativity and inspiration.
