Nadaraj’s Tip: Some spicy curries call for an IPA. The higher alcohol levels will battle the heat and floral and citrusly flavours from the hops will complement the several spices I use.
Nadaraj’s Tip: Butter Chicken and a glass (or bottle!) of chardonnay, enough said. Chardonnay would also pair well with other chicken dishes from the tandoor.
